What ages are Magical Mornings suitable for?
Our experiences are designed for children aged 3–10 years. Every child is different though, so if you're unsure, we'd love to help you choose the perfect experience.
Are your team Working With Children checked?
Absolutely. Every Magical Mornings team member holds a valid Working With Children Check and completes our onboarding and child safety processes before visiting any family.
Are your team professional actors?
Many of our team members have experience in theatre, entertainment or working with children. Above all, we choose warm, engaging people who genuinely love creating magical memories for families
Will a parent need to stay?
Yes. A parent or responsible adult must remain present throughout every Magical Mornings experience. Our team are there to create magical memories, and children are never left alone with a team member.
Is a birthday gift included?
Yes! Every experience includes a small birthday gift for the birthday child. We carefully choose safe, age-appropriate gifts from trusted suppliers. If your child has allergies or specific requirements, simply let us know when you enquire.
Can siblings join in?
Absolutely! While the birthday child is the star of the morning, siblings are very welcome to join in the fun too.
Can I choose my character?
Of course! Simply let us know your preferred character when you enquire. If they're unavailable, we'll be in touch to discuss the best alternative.
What areas do you service?
We're currently accepting enquiries across Sydney's Northern Beaches, with more locations coming soon. If you're just outside our service area, we'd still love to hear from you. We'll always do our best to make the magic happen.
What happens after I enquire?
We'll be in touch to learn more about what you're looking for, answer any questions and keep you updated on our launch. Your enquiry also helps us understand which experiences families are most excited about.
What if my child is shy?
That's completely normal. Our team are experienced at reading the room and will always follow your child's lead, making sure they feel comfortable and included.
Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We love seeing families capture these magical memories.
Will you share photos of my child?
Never without your permission. We'll always ask for your consent before sharing any photos or videos on our website or social media.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This gives us the opportunity to offer your booking to another family and ensures our team members don't miss out on work. We'll always do our best to help where we can.
✨ School Walk
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 45–60 minutes, including the surprise at home and the walk to school or daycare.
Does a parent need to come on the walk?
Yes. A parent or responsible adult must accompany the walk at all times. Our team members are there to create magic, not provide supervision.
Can we choose the walking route?
Absolutely! We'll work with you beforehand to understand the best route to your child's school or daycare, along with any important details you'd like us to know.
Can we walk to daycare instead of school?
Absolutely! This experience is perfect for both school and daycare drop-offs.
What happens if it rains?
A little rain doesn't stop the magic! As long as it's safe to do so, the experience will still go ahead (umbrellas can be pretty magical too!). If the weather is severe or unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule your booking.
✨ Magical Morning
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 30–40 minutes, giving your child time to enjoy breakfast with their magical visitor, receive their birthday gift and create unforgettable memories.
Do I need to provide breakfast?
Yes. Our team member simply joins in whatever breakfast or morning treat you've already planned for your family.
✨ Doorstep Surprise
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 15–25 minutes, the perfect amount of time for a magical surprise, birthday wishes, a birthday gift, photos and plenty of smiles before the day begins.
Where does the experience take place?
The Doorstep Surprise takes place at your home. Our character will greet your child at the front door, present their birthday gift, spend time chatting, take photos and help create a magical start to their birthday.
